The house is a lordly patio-house, which was built in the eighteenth century and it is located in San Matías Street (Granada).

 

Firstly, the building’ study shows some important points that we have to considerate for the restoration of it. So, the overcast patio is and will be the central part of the our construction. The spaces grows up around it and have each other a visual relation. Futhermore, the first flight of the stairs is original from the begining of the building, just as the pavement on the ground floor.

 

Secondly, the initial structure will be keep and reinforce in its weak elements.

 

Finally, the new use choosen is different kinds of restaurants in each floor due to the central location in the city.
